Your connected emails, calendar events, prompts, files, messages, communications, and customer content are NOT used to train public or shared AI models. my859 does not sell or contribute identifiable customer data into generalized AI training datasets. AI processing within my859 is performed solely to provide functionality directly requested by users within the platform experience. This principle is foundational to how my859 operates.

User Data and Privacy

my859 is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure during AI processing wherever reasonably practical. Users maintain control over connected integrations, OAuth permissions, linked accounts, and data access authorization.

Users may revoke integration permissions at any time through third-party provider settings, connected app settings, or my859 account controls.

Transparency

We believe users should understand when AI is involved in platform functionality. my859 may clearly identify or imply when content has been AI-generated, recommendations are AI-assisted, summaries are AI-produced, or draft responses are AI-created. AI systems may combine contextual information from connected systems to generate outputs requested by users.

Advertising and AI Inputs

On the Free, ad-supported plan, ad targeting does not use brief content, message bodies, calendar events, or any AI-generated text. Ad partners receive only standard ad-network signals (IP address, user agent, and the dashboard page URL). Upgrading to a paid plan removes ads entirely.

my859 continuously evaluates and improves AI functionality, user safety measures, privacy protections, output quality, operational safeguards, and transparency practices. As AI technologies evolve, our policies and controls may continue to mature accordingly.
