my859 is a productivity assistance platform, not a substitute for professional expertise or human oversight.

AI Model Training Commitment

Your connected emails, calendar events, prompts, files, communications, and customer data are NOT used to train public or shared AI models. my859 does not contribute identifiable customer content into generalized AI training datasets. AI processing is performed solely to provide functionality directly requested by users within the my859 platform experience. This commitment is foundational to the my859 platform architecture and trust model.

Advertising on the Free plan does not use AI inputs or outputs. Free-plan ad targeting is limited to standard ad-network signals (IP, user agent, page URL within the my859 dashboard). Ad partners do not receive your brief content, message bodies, calendar events, or any text my859 generates on your behalf.

User Control and Integrations

Users maintain control over connected integrations, OAuth permissions, authorized applications, linked services, and data access permissions. Users may revoke integration access at any time through third-party provider settings, connected application settings, or my859 account controls. my859 requests only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality.

As AI capabilities evolve, my859 remains committed to maintaining transparency regarding how AI functionality operates within the platform.

Security and Privacy

my859 applies commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer information during AI-assisted processing. Security practices may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, authentication protections, monitoring and logging, and restricted administrative access.

We also attempt to automatically identify and mask personal, sensitive, and financial information (such as passwords, account numbers, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, and API keys) that may appear in connected data sources before it is included in AI-generated outputs. This is a best-effort technical safeguard and is not guaranteed to catch every instance.

Continuous Improvement

AI technologies evolve rapidly, and my859 continuously evaluates AI quality, reliability, privacy safeguards, transparency practices, user controls, and operational protections. We remain committed to improving both the usefulness and trustworthiness of AI functionality across the platform.
