Subprocessors

Last updated: May 11, 2026

This page identifies the categories of third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") that may process customer information in connection with the operation of the my859 platform.

Subprocessors are engaged to support infrastructure, authentication, AI functionality, analytics, communications, payment processing, and other operational services necessary to provide the my859 platform. my859 works with commercially reputable providers and takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure subprocessors are appropriate for the services they provide.

Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting

These providers may support application hosting, database infrastructure, content delivery, storage, networking, compute services, and backup and recovery systems. Examples may include cloud hosting providers, managed infrastructure platforms, and storage providers.

Authentication and Identity Providers

These providers may support user authentication, OAuth integrations, identity verification, and account login services. Examples may include Google, Microsoft, Apple, and authentication platform providers.

AI Processing Providers

These providers may support AI-generated summaries, natural language processing, draft generation, recommendation systems, productivity analysis, and workflow assistance.

These providers may support product analytics, usage monitoring, performance metrics, error tracking, operational diagnostics, and infrastructure monitoring. Examples may include analytics platforms, logging providers, and monitoring services.

Advertising Networks (Free Plan Only)

For users on the free, ad-supported plan, third-party advertising networks may serve ads within the web dashboard and the optional daily reminder email, and — with consent — measure ad performance. These providers process limited information (such as ad slot identifiers and pseudonymous identifiers) under their own privacy policies. Advertising providers are not engaged for users on paid plans (Manual, Automated, and Concierge), which are ad-free.

Communications Providers

These providers may support transactional emails, notifications, customer communications, and messaging delivery services. Examples may include email delivery platforms and notification providers.

Customer Support Providers

These providers may support help desk operations, customer support workflows, ticket management, and communication management.

Infrastructure Security Providers

These providers may support threat detection, abuse prevention, infrastructure protection, security monitoring, and access controls.

Data Handling and Security

my859 requires subprocessors to maintain commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the services they provide. Depending on the provider relationship, safeguards may include:

  • Encryption
  • Access controls
  • Confidentiality obligations
  • Infrastructure protections
  • Monitoring and logging

Subprocessors are authorized to process customer data only as reasonably necessary to provide the services they support.

International Processing

Some subprocessors may process information in jurisdictions outside a user's local region, including the United States. By using the my859 platform, users acknowledge that information may be processed in jurisdictions where my859 and its subprocessors operate.

Updates to Subprocessors

my859 may update or change subprocessors from time to time as the platform evolves. This page may be updated periodically to reflect material operational changes.
