SMS Terms
These SMS Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the my859 brief SMS program (the "Program"), operated by JTOG Consulting, LLC ("my859", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description
The Program is the my859 brief mobile messaging program. Once enrolled, you will receive:
- A one-time 6-digit verification code when you connect or reconnect your number
- Your scheduled my859 brief as a short SMS with a link to the full brief
- Occasional account-related transactional messages (e.g. delivery failures)
The verification message reads: "Your my859 verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
1a. How to Opt In
The primary way to enroll is on our website at my859.ai/connect-sms: enter your U.S. mobile number, receive a one-time 6-digit verification code by SMS, and enter that code to confirm enrollment.
If you previously sent STOP, you may re-opt-in at any time by replying START or UNSTOP to any prior Program message. After re-opt-in you will receive a single confirmation message: "my859: you're re-subscribed to the my859 brief. Up to 1 msg/day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
2. Message Frequency
Up to 1 message per day, plus a one-time verification code at signup and occasional account messages. Frequency may vary based on your delivery preferences and activity.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages. Check your mobile plan for details. my859 does not charge a separate fee for SMS delivery.
4. Carriers and Delivery
The Program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage, equipment, and service availability.
5. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll
- The Program supports U.S. mobile numbers only
- Consent to receive Program messages is not a condition of any purchase
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will not send you any further messages from the Program.
You can also disconnect SMS delivery from the integrations screen in your my859 account settings.
7. How to Get Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@my859.ai.
8. Re-enrollment
If you previously opted out and want to re-enroll, reply START or UNSTOP to a prior Program message, or reconnect SMS in your my859 account settings and complete verification again.
9. Privacy
Phone numbers and related delivery metadata collected through the Program are used solely to verify your number, deliver the my859 brief, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your mobile information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery subprocessor; see our Subprocessors page and Privacy Policy for details.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued enrollment after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
